Everyday, we come across food items, words and phrases that we use subconsciously, without realising the pun that lies in it. Until we find out, this one is a vivid imagination of what actually goes on in the oh-so-melting layers of khoya and desi ghee. This is a mix-media graphic, almost entirely hand illustrated, with a little help from the talented kalakaars.
