(KALAKAARI HAATH STUDIO LLP) is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. most orders are accompanied by a small note describing the concept/process/making, etc. (look out for yours!) we ship throughout the week, except weekends & public holidays. to ensure that the quality and handling of the product is not compromised, we only ship through reputed agencies. if there is no courier service available in your area, please write to us at email@example.com and we will help you out.

what is our shipping policy?
the shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered, the system adds up the total of all individual shipping charges.
our prices are exclusive of GST and any other taxes applicable in your region.
all shipping costs are non-refundable.
how is your order processed?
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 5-12 working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
In case you need a product by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
what is our return policy?
Please read item descriptions carefully and note details mentioned for each product. Monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. At kalakaarihaath. we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product if damaged in any way during transit / shipping. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.
what is our exchange policy?
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our workshop, but if your product(s) are damaged during shipping, please follow the instructions below:
We only replace a damaged product when informed within 2 working days from receiving the goods. If you would like to request the same please write to us at email@example.com.
If we have sent you a wrong item, shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
Credit Note: In any other case, where you do not wish for a replacement, kalakaarihaath. will issue a credit note for the cost of the goods. the value of the exchange order cannot be lesser than the original order. However, it can be more. In this case the difference amount has to be paid by the customer.
